Andy Weis

Andy has been employed at Republic since October 2018, and is currently the Chairman of the Pairing Committee and a member of the Local 357 Emergency Response Team. Prior to Republic, Andy was an Assistant Chief Flight Instructor and Check Airman at Southern Illinois University.

Andy is committed to seeing and enacting positive change within the Union and Republic. Andy has enjoyed being able to serve the pilot group through involvement with Committees within the Local 357. If elected, Andy looks forward to seeing lasting solutions enacted and serving the pilot group.
